From developing new features and supporting customers to creating content and attending industry events, every member of the team plays an important role in helping Xenon Connect grow. In this blog, we’re introducing some of the people behind the software so you can get to know us a little better!
Meet Gareth
Gareth is the founder of Xenon Connect and the driving force behind the original idea. With first-hand experience of the challenges accountants and bookkeepers face when reviewing client data within his own firm, he created Xenon Connect to make it easier for firms to identify bookkeeping issues, maintain consistent standards and manage their workflows more efficiently.
Today, Gareth plays a key role in shaping the direction of Xenon Connect developing new ideas and working closely with users to ensure that the software continues to solve real challenges faced by the profession.
Meet Brian
Brian is the Customer Success Manager here at Xenon Connect, helping customer get the absolute most value from the platform. He supports users throughout their journey, from onboarding and training to answering questions and offering ongoing guidance.
By working closely with accountants and bookkeepers, Brian helps customers confidently introduce Xenon Connect into their everyday processes and ensures they have the support they need to achieve their goals.
Meet Hannah
Hannah is a Marketing Assistant at Xenon Connect, helping to share the company’s latest updates, features and events with accountants and bookkeepers. She creates content across Xenon Connect’s social media channels, website and marketing campaigns, while also supporting the team at industry events.
Through a mix of informative and engaging content, Hannah helps showcase the value of Xenon Connect while giving the audiences a closer look at the people and personality behind the software.
Meet Bekki
Bekki is a Web Developer at Xenon Connect, helping to build, maintain and improve the platform. She works behind the scenes to develop new functionality, enhance existing features and ensures users have a smooth and reliable experience.
By turning ideas and feedback into practical improvements, Bekki plays an important role in the continued development of Xenon Connect.
Meet Honor
Honor is also a Marketing Assistant at Xenon Connect, helping to plan and create content that communicates the benefits of the platform to accountants and bookkeepers. She supports social media, marketing campaigns, videos and events, while also showcasing the team behind Xenon.
Honor has also supported the development of the website by creating and implementing short, easy-to-follow training clips. These videos help users understand Xenon’s features and get the most from the platform.
Meet Greg
Greg will soon return to Cardiff to complete this third year at University, but he will remain a part of the Xenon Connect team by continuing to work with us remotely alongside his studies.
Life at Xenon Connect
Although everyone has their own roles and responsibilities, collaboration is a big part of life at Xenon Connect. Whether we’re developing new features, supporting customers, creating content or preparing for an event, the team works closely together to share ideas and keep improving the experience we provide.
We’re a friendly team and enjoy bringing plenty of personality and creativity into the working day. Whether it’s Brian bringing in homemade kebab lunches for the team, enjoying a day out or travelling together to industry events, there is always something happening beyond our day-to-day work.
